Test & Verification Engineer – Edge AI & DSP / CI/CD / Python

We are seeking a Staff level Test & Verification Engineer to join a high-performing team delivering AI solutions on DSP platforms.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation and verification frameworks, helping ML and systems teams deliver high-quality products at scale.

You will work with large automated test environments, CI/CD pipelines, embedded device farms, and developer productivity tooling, applying modern Python-based automation, system-level design, and LLM integrations to enhance verification efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test and verification frameworks for large-scale software systems
• Optimize Python-based test automation across CI/CD pipelines and device farms
• Support and extend CI/CD infrastructure, including Jenkins orchestration, job configuration, plugin management, and performance tuning
• Apply system design principles to evaluate scalability, reliability, and performance constraints
• Leverage LLM-based tools to improve developer and verification productivity
• Monitor and troubleshoot test infrastructure and CI systems
• Continuously improve pipelines to support evolving verification requirements

Qualifications

Core requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD)
• Significant experience in Test Automation, Verification Engineering, or related roles
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with C, C++, or Java a plus
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines, Linux systems, Docker, Git, and networked storage
• Proven ability to design and operate scalable test and CI/CD systems

Preferred skills:

• Experience integrating LLM-based tools to enhance test and developer workflows
• Strong debugging skills for complex systems, test, or infrastructure issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional collaboration
