Job Description

The Integration & Adoption Tribe is a diverse and innovative department within Danske Bank with nearly 100 colleagues globally and nearly 20 in Vilnius. Our team is committed to accelerating the technological modernisation of different areas within the bank.

We currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days from the office in Vilnius.

You will:

  • Work with new and diverse projects and new technologies (AWS, .NET 10)
  • Build backend services based on micro-service deployment pattern
  • Take care of infrastructure deployment
  • Encourage open sparring and constructive dialog
  • Work in a self-organizing Scrum team with an agile mind-set
  • Collaborate with developers and IT Architects to design and develop high-quality services

About you:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in C# .NET
  • Experience with Java or willingness to learn
  • Quality oriented, clean and testable code
  • Good understanding of RESTful API and microservice design
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with CI/CD and terraform
  • Experience working with cloud (preferably AWS)
  • Upper–Intermediate level English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3520 EUR to 5280 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

Your job function (position) in the job contract will be IT Software Engineer (Cloud Specialist). From 1 April 2026 it will be renamed to Software Engineering under our new job architecture, with no impact on the role or responsibilities.
