We are seeking a Network & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain our core network infrastructure, virtual environments, VMware platforms, and server systems. This role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deploy robust solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure secure, high‑performance operations.Key Responsibilities

Network Engineering: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).

Virtualization / VMware: Support and optimize virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi, vCenter, and virtual network services.

Server Management: Maintain and troubleshoot server hardware, Linux/Windows environments, and infrastructure services.

Security & Monitoring: Use network and system monitoring tools to ensure performance, stability, and security.

Collaborate with systems, security, and cloud teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Document technical processes and best practices for internal use.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN).

Hands‑on experience with network devices configuration and operation.

Experience with virtualization tools (e.g., VMware, vSphere, ESXi).

Knowledge of server technologies, operating systems, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with network monitoring, security principles, and infrastructure automation.

Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, VCP – VMware Certified Professional).

Chinese language skills preferred.

任职资格

熟悉 虚拟化技术（如 VMware、vSphere、ESXi）。

熟悉服务器技术、操作系统及故障排查。

熟悉网络监控、安全原则和基础设施自动化。

优秀的分析、沟通与团队协作能力。

计算机/信息技术等相关专业本科及以上学历。

相关证书优先（如 CCNA、CCNP、VCP）。

具备中文语言技能者优先。
