As we scale rapidly, we're expanding our backend team to make our systems more scalable, stable, and high-performing, and to support AI-powered workflows at production quality.

What are you going to do?

• Design and develop high-traffic, scalable microservice architectures
• Raise the bar on code quality and lead code review processes
• Provide technical mentorship within the team

What are we looking for?

• Strong foundation in software architecture design, OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns at various scales
• 5+ years of backend experience with Java and Spring Boot (or similar JVM-based frameworks)
• Production experience with both MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases and PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, with the ability to design hybrid data architectures
• Strong knowledge of Elasticsearch or similar search and indexing technologies
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging systems
• Hands-on experience with Redis or similar in-memory caching solutions
• Solid understanding of WebSocket and real-time streaming architectures
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong grasp of microservice architecture design and inter-service communication
