Job Description - Product Designer

Role Overview:

Looking for an experienced UX/UI professional with strong product design, design system, and cross-team collaboration experience.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media, or related field (MSc/MA is a plus)
• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI or related domain
• Experience in fintech/banking (GCC experience is an asset)
• Strong expertise in Figma (tokens, components, variants)
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems (multi-mode)
• Experience in web and mobile UI, responsive design, and design handoff
• Portfolio with in-depth case studies

Key Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes and design solutions based on requirements
• Collaborate with designers, UX writers, product owners, and developers in Agile
• Lead stakeholder workshops for requirement clarity
• Work with and contribute to design systems
• Design for web and native applications using human-centered design
