We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Procurement Compliance & Vendor Management to join the Centralized Procurement Department. This role will act as the key liaison between Procurement, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Information Security, and other cross-functional teams, ensuring vendor compliance, risk management, and operational excellence across procurement processes.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional TPRM integration projects and manage the lifecycle from initiation to closure

• Drive vendor compliance, due diligence, and risk remediation initiatives

• Manage vendor performance monitoring and scorecards aligned with procurement strategies

• Implement and operationalize vendor management frameworks across regions

• Oversee vendor performance reviews, improvement plans, and governance frameworks

• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Information Security teams to ensure adherence to bank policies

• Manage system integrations and procurement tools such as ERP and vendor management platforms


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) are preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field in International or Multinational organizations, preferably within the Banking sector Proven track record in managing global vendor relationships.
  • At least 3 years managing cross-functional projects, specifically interfacing with Risk, Compliance, or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks.
  • Proven track record in managing global vendor relationships and acting as a liaison between centralized departments (e.g., Contract Management, Legal, InfoSec).


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of global procurement processes, vendor management, and TPRM frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of due diligence processes, IT security requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with major ERP and procurement platforms (Specific experience with Oracle SLM and PRISM is a significant advantage).
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including building out tracking dashboards and compliance reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.


Additional Information:

  • This role may require occasional international travel to support global vendor management activities.
  • Candidates must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage strict compliance and remediation deadlines.
