GenAI Software Engineer - Hybrid Melbourne CBD / Sydney CBD - $100k-$200k + Super + Equity

A high-growth, product-led fintech is hiring Software Engineers to help build a next-generation platform at the forefront of agentic AI. The business is operating at real scale and investing heavily in engineering as it continues to evolve its core product and AI capabilities.

This is an opportunity to work on systems that go beyond traditional software - building AI-driven workflows that make decisions and execute tasks in real-time. You’ll be joining a high-performance, collaborative environment with strong ownership and impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build and ship end-to-end features across web and mobile platforms
• Develop and scale agentic AI-driven systems and workflows
• Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver high-impact solutions
• Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience across modern engineering stacks (TypeScript, Node.js, React or similar)
• Experience building scalable systems (microservices, event-driven architectures)
• Interest or exposure to AI, machine learning or data-intensive systems
• Strong problem-solving ability with high learning agility
