Software Engineer - Hybrid Melbourne (Eastern suburbs) - $110,000 - 150,000 + Super

You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary environment where engineers are empowered to contribute across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery, working on modern cloud based systems and scalable applications.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, build and maintain scalable web applications and APIs
- Contribute across frontend, backend and cloud platforms
- Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver high quality features
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming and team discussions
- Support CI/CD pipeline development and automation
- Contribute to system observability, monitoring and performance improvements
- Engage in both discovery and delivery phases of the SDLC
- 3+ years experience in fullstack software development
- Strong JavaScript, HTML and CSS skills (React beneficial)
- Experience with .NET, .NET Core and RESTful APIs
- Solid SQL experience including schema design and queries
- Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps
- Exposure to CI/CD and modern DevOps practices
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
