Lead Ai Engineer | Paris | Permanent

Within the Data and AI division, we support clients across Fintech, Healthcare, and Retail in designing and deploying state of the art artificial intelligence. As the division continues to grow by over 30% annually, we are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to join the Paris team and bridge the gap between technical excellence and business value.

The Role

• Technical Leadership: Design and deploy AI solutions from technical architecture to production monitoring, covering GenAI (RAG, Agents) and traditional AI (Predictive modeling, Object detection).
• Team Coaching: Lead and mentor a squad of 1 to 3 AI engineers, ensuring high quality delivery and career growth within your team.
• Lean Methodology: Work within a culture influenced by Lean principles to identify problems quickly and drive continuous improvement.
• Strategic Impact: Contribute to the tech community via internal guilds and external conferences, and participate in data engineering phases when project needs evolve.

Your Profile

• AI Expertise: Passionate about both traditional and generative AI with a track record of staying updated on industry developments.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Significant experience with at least one major hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Quality Driven: A strong focus on clean code, methodology, and pragmatic solution building.
• Versatility: Open to data engineering tasks and collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers.
