Human Resources Administrator (Workday & Data) – Dublin (Hybrid)
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator (Workday & Data) to join a global tech organisation in Dublin. This role sits within the People Experience team and focuses on maintaining accurate employee data, supporting HR systems, and ensuring a seamless employee experience across a global workforce.
Package & Location:
Location: Dublin – hybrid (3 days onsite)
Salary: €38,500
11-month contract
What you’ll do:
- Manage and maintain employee data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Support employee queries relating to transfers, org changes, and pay-related updates
- Assist with HR data audits and compliance (SOX)
- Partner with HR, Compensation, and People Technology teams globally
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies efficiently
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
Who you are:
- 1–3 years’ experience in HR, HR Operations, or HRIS
- Strong Workday experience (essential)
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communicator with ability to work cross-functionally
