Right now, we're focused on the web version of the product and on strengthening our entire technical stack. We're looking for an IT Project Manager who will be the operational backbone of our frontend, backend and design teams, ensuring smooth delivery, clear structure, and efficient collaboration between design and development.

What you will do:

• Create, structure and prioritize tickets in Asana with full clarity, acceptance criteria, links, and mockup references included.
• Act as the bridge between design and frontend: receive completed designs, turn them into structured developer-ready tasks, and verify all states are covered (hover, error, empty, responsive, loading, etc.).
• Monitor task statuses and deadlines, reduce bottlenecks in the review and testing stages, and escalate issues before they become delays.
• Ensure that developer self-checks are completed before tasks move to QA.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the frontend team.
• Prepare short, structured status updates for the Product Manager.
• Actively participate in improving frontend team processes and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate the work of multiple teams (frontend, backend, etc.).
• Organize and run meetings/calls.

Who we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in software development (web, mobile, or SaaS projects).
• Technical background and understanding how development actually works. Background as a developer or strong involvement in developer teams.
• Experience communicating directly with clients/product owners.
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban in real projects
• Strong track record with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Ability translate technical constraints into business terms for stakeholders, and business requirements into clear tasks for developers
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus or quality
• Problem-solver, not a messenger - when things go off track, you come with solutions, not just status updates

Nice to have:

• Experience working closely with CTOs or technical lead
• Background in product IT or AI projects
• Experience building projects from scratch
