Your Mission Will Be
- Model, map, and design end-to-end application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, and operational needs;
- Collaborate with Business Units and Change teams to define, refine, and document Product Backlog Items (PBIs);
- Assess new initiatives during project kickoff, delivering functional designs, high-level execution plans, and cost estimates for sponsor approval;
- Actively integrate Scrum teams during sprint cycles, ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical delivery;
- Support business areas post-UAT by following training initiatives and ensuring smooth solution adoption.
- Proven experience in solution design at a functional level, including detailed documentation and definition of acceptance criteria;
- Strong background working within agile methodologies and aligning developers and testers inside Scrum teams;
- Experience in stakeholder management and guiding cross-functional teams;
- Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2), with the ability to explain complex processes in simple terms;
- CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
- Experience bridging business and technical teams in multi-vendor or international environments;
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and identify root causes;
- Experience maintaining functional documentation repositories and wikis up to date;
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
