Senior Manager, Projects & Business Development – New Markets


Location: Remote/ HQ in Switzerland

Engagement: Full‑time, Permanent


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end project management for New Markets Go‑to‑Market initiatives, including planning, timelines, risk management and governance.
  • Drive Operating Model and organizational transformation projects within key markets.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across regional and global teams (Finance, Legal, Supply, Quality, PV, Regulatory).
  • Oversee the full Contract Lifecycle Management process: partner evaluation, RFP, due diligence, contracting, fulfilment and renewals.
  • Ensure high-quality project documentation, status reporting and decision tracking.
  • Support the Head of New Market Commercial and Head of GTM Strategy & Commercial Operations on strategic initiatives.


Requirements

Hard Skills

  • 15+ years’ project management experience across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Strong background leading complex transformation programs (process and organizational).
  • Advanced project management methodology expertise; PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
  • Solid understanding of supply‑chain flows and source‑to‑contract processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.


Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking, structured approach and results focus.
  • Pragmatic, solutions‑oriented and confident in challenging assumptions.
  • Hands‑on, proactive and comfortable in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Fluent English; German or Spanish is a plus.


Language Requirements

  • Fluent English (required)
  • German or Spanish (preferred)


Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Economics, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management or related field)
  • Master’s degree preferred, ideally in an economic or healthcare‑related discipline
  • Project Management certifications strongly preferred (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
