Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team and help us further strengthen our people-focused approach.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Preferably experienced in SAP HR module
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Result-oriented with strong planning and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of recruitment, personnel administration, and performance management processes
• Familiar with Labor Law and Social Security regulations
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes and contribute to attracting the right talent
• Coordinate interview processes and prepare related documentation and reports
• Manage all onboarding and offboarding processes
• Identify training needs, organize relevant programs, and manage post-training evaluations
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are clearly communicated and effectively implemented
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR events
• Provide support to employees and offer solution-oriented approaches to their needs
• Support the development and improvement of HR systems and processes
• Foster a collaborative and engaging work environment aligned with company culture
• Manage internship processes, including documentation and coordination with universities
• Prepare and maintain HR reports
