What You'll Do
- Develop and deploy essential product features across the technology stack, including Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven architectures
- Manage the entire product lifecycle by engaging directly with customers to comprehend their needs, define solutions, and achieve desired results
- Move swiftly when necessary, discerning when to create a minimum viable product (MVP) and when to invest in robust, scalable foundations
- Elevate quality standards by adhering to best practices in testing, documentation, reliability, and security
- Customer-focused: You prioritize the customer's success from the outset and throughout development
- Action-oriented: You frequently experiment and embrace learning openly

- Capability to collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, negotiate priorities, and deliver solutions
- Proven initiative, evidenced by independently launched projects or contributions to open source
- Prior experience at early-stage startups focused on AI, voice technologies, or event-driven systems
- Knowledge of modern cloud platforms such as Kubernetes or distributed system architectures
- Demonstrated customer empathy gained through roles like founder or support
