Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Develop and deploy essential product features across the technology stack, including Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven architectures
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle by engaging directly with customers to comprehend their needs, define solutions, and achieve desired results
  • Move swiftly when necessary, discerning when to create a minimum viable product (MVP) and when to invest in robust, scalable foundations
  • Elevate quality standards by adhering to best practices in testing, documentation, reliability, and security

What You Bring

  • Solid software engineering skills to design, troubleshoot, and deliver dependable systems
  • Experience with Python or TypeScript, or demonstrated ability to quickly acquire necessary skills
  • Background in building AI products end-to-end, whether at a startup, through side projects, or at scale
  • Versatility across frontend, backend, and infrastructure development
  • Capability to collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, negotiate priorities, and deliver solutions
  • Proven initiative, evidenced by independently launched projects or contributions to open source

Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience at early-stage startups focused on AI, voice technologies, or event-driven systems
  • Knowledge of modern cloud platforms such as Kubernetes or distributed system architectures
  • Demonstrated customer empathy gained through roles like founder or support
