Job Title: Junior Project Manager
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ months (possible extension)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale transformation initiatives and product launches within a dynamic, fast-growing organization. This role offers exposure across multiple business functions and is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional, non-technical project environment.
You will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, managing timelines, and driving successful implementation of new products—particularly within health and dental offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead transformation initiatives and new product launches across multiple workstreams
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines
- Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and execution
- Ensure strong stakeholder alignment across business units
- Coordinate with operations and customer-facing teams to support successful launches
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes/products
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Facilitate working groups and promote cross-functional collaboration
- Oversee training, documentation, and readiness of internal teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
- 2+ years of experience in project or program management
- Proven experience with:
- Go-to-market (GTM) strategy
- Change management
- Stakeholder management and alignment
- Cross-functional leadership
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
