The Product Manager will balance customer needs, brand storytelling, and commercial objectives across the full website funnel.
Reporting to the Website Channel Owner, the Product Manager will work closely with sales, operation, data, UX, IT, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric,

• Identify growth opportunities across key funnels (acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention)
• Translate commercial and growth objectives into clear product requirements and feature specs
• Own end-to-end feature delivery from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization
2. Product Roadmap & Backlog Management
• Own and manage the website product roadmap aligned to business priorities and sales targets
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, balancing growth initiatives, technical improvements, and operational needs
• Make trade-off decisions based on business impact, effort, and dependencies
• Continuously refine the roadmap based on customer and performance data
3. Data, Experimentation & Performance Tracking
• Partner with the Data Growth Manager to define KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics
• Drive experimentation through A/B testing and iterative optimisation
• Monitor feature performance post-launch and identify improvement opportunities
4. UX, Content & Brand Alignment
• Collaborate with UX Designer to ensure customer-friendly and conversion-focused experiences
• Ensure website content and functionality align with brand guidelines and user journeys
• Balance growth optimisation with long-term brand and customer experience
5. Delivery & Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with IT Project Managers and Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes
• Act as primary point of contact for website product initiatives
6. Governance, Quality & Continuous Improvement
• Ensure website features meet quality, security, and compliance standards
• Manage dependencies, risks, and technical constraints proactively
• Continuously improve delivery processes and product quality
7. Martech Stack Ownership & Enablement
• Own and evolve the website martech stack including CMS, CRM, CDP, EDM, analytics and tracking tools
• Partner with Sales & Ops, Data Growth, and IT teams to ensure tools are properly integrated and scalable
• Identify gaps and recommend new martech capabilities where required
