Job Purpose: A growing service-led organization is seeking a high potential Senior Manager – Technology to lead and strengthen the technology function across internal systems, operational platforms, and client-facing environments. The role is designed for a technically strong, commercially aware, and future-focused leader capable of managing the current technology landscape while helping shape the next phase of the business. The successful candidate should demonstrate the potential to grow into a Director of Technology or CTO-level role over time.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day technology operations including infrastructure, networks, applications, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
- Ensure technology services are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business
- Oversee infrastructure performance including servers, connectivity, cloud environments, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Manage and improve enterprise applications and operational platforms supporting business and client services.
- Strengthen cybersecurity posture through governance, monitoring, and risk
- Identify opportunities to introduce automation, AI enablement, and modern technology
- Collaborate with operational leaders and business stakeholders to ensure technology enables growth and service delivery.
- Lead and develop the internal technology team with strong focus on accountability and capability building.
- Manage technology vendors, budgets, documentation standards, and technology governance
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in technology or IT leadership
- At least 3-5 years of team leadership or managerial
- Experience overseeing infrastructure, networks, enterprise systems, and
- Exposure to digital transformation, automation, or technology modernization
- Experience in service-oriented or operational environments such as ICT services, outsourcing, BPO, or managed services is advantageous.
