We are a fast-growing iGaming company focused on developing and scaling casino and betting products across international markets.

Our product is at the stage of active growth and scaling, and we are looking for a Head of Product who will take full ownership of the product strategy, drive key business metrics, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver a high-performing and competitive product.

This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with deep expertise in iGaming business models, product analytics, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall product strategy aligned with business goals and market opportunities

• Own the full product lifecycle — from ideation and discovery to launch, optimization, and scaling

• Drive growth of key business metrics such as LTV, GGR, ARPU, Retention, and reduce churn

• Manage and develop a cross-functional product team (Product Managers, Designers, Analysts)

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, BI, CRM, and Engineering teams to ensure product success

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and player behavior to identify growth opportunities

• Lead product analytics and A/B testing initiatives to optimize performance

• Oversee implementation of new features, including game mechanics, bonus systems, and payment solutions

• Own product P&L, manage budgets, and ensure efficient allocation of resources

• Improve user experience (UX/UI) and optimize conversion funnels across the product

• Drive continuous product improvements and introduce innovative solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming (casino or betting) in a Head of Product or Senior Product Manager role

• Strong understanding of iGaming business models, player behavior, and monetization mechanics

• Proven experience managing product metrics (LTV, GGR, ARPU, Retention) and driving growth

• Hands-on experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making

• Experience managing cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

• Experience working with product platforms (turnkey or custom solutions)

• Understanding of bonus systems, game mechanics, and player engagement tools

• Experience with P&L ownership and budgeting

• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic mindset

• Upper-Intermediate+ English

Nice to have:

• Experience in LATAM or Mexico markets

• Experience working with CRM tools such as Smartico
