How You'll Make An Impact
- Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities in global projects
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery performance, and compliance standards
- Execute project procurement tasks including RFQs, bid analysis, negotiations, and purchase order issuance
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or contractual obligations
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with project requirements
- Support project planning by providing accurate cost, lead‑time, and procurement risk assessments
- Maintain up‑to‑date procurement documentation, contracts, and supplier records
- Drive cost‑saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, ethical standards, and international trade regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in project procurement or operational purchasing in a technical or engineering-driven environment
- Proven experience working in an international and multicultural setting
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, contractual terms, and procurement best practices
- Experience managing multiple suppliers and complex project timelines
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and MS Office tools
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German and/or French is a strong advantage
- Swiss or EU citizenship, or possession of a valid Swiss C residence permit.
