Are you passionate about designing end‑to‑end digital services that truly put users first? Join us as a Service Designer and help shape intuitive, impactful digital experiences across the Organization.

Job Role

• Design user‑centered web and mobile services for students, teachers, and staff
• Lead user research, journey mapping, and service blueprints
• Turn complex processes into simple, engaging digital experiences
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders
• Build and evolve design systems, documentation, and onboarding materials
• Continuously improve experiences using research, usability testing, and data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Digital Product Design,

Computer Science, or a related field.

• A Master’s degree in Service Design, Digital Transformation, or Innovation Management Preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Service Design, UX/UI, or Product Design
• Strong grasp of Design Thinking & Agile
• Hands‑on expertise with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Miro
• Experience designing end‑to‑end digital journeys (education or large systems is a plus)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
• Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
