- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and MIS reports using Power BI
- Perform in-depth analysis of transactional and financial datasets using SQL
- Conduct root-cause analysis on transaction failures, discrepancies, and data inconsistencies
- Reconcile transaction-level data across multiple source systems to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable reports and dashboards
- Support management reporting and deliver ad-hoc analysis as needed
- Validate data consistency and quality across relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and improve reporting workflows
Experience & Education
1–4 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or MIS roles within fintech, banking, or payments
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
Technical Skills required:
Strong proficiency in SQL for analyzing transactional and financial datasets
Hands-on experience with Power BI.
Ability to design dashboards and MIS reports for:
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
Strong command of Excel for financial analysis and reconciliation
Basic understanding of ETL pipelines and data transformations
Understanding of payments, remittance, FX, cards, or digital banking workflows
Familiarity with financial KPIs:
Ability to reconcile transaction-level data across systems
Translate business and regulatory requirements into accurate, actionable dashboards
Perform root-cause analysis on transaction failures and discrepancies
Support management reporting and ad-hoc analysis
Validate data consistency across multiple source system
