Overview
We are seeking an experienced NOC Support Analyst to join our 24/7 monitoring team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactive system monitoring, first‑line troubleshooting, and escalation to second‑ and third‑line teams when required. Each shift is staffed by two engineers, with one acting as the Manager on Duty (MOD).
This position is ideal for someone with solid NOC experience who is also looking for career growth opportunities in Automation, SRE, and systems optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure availability and performance.
- Perform initial triage and first‑line troubleshooting of incidents.
- Escalate issues appropriately after initial diagnosis.
- Act as Manager on Duty when assigned, coordinating incident response.
- Contribute to automation improvements, tooling enhancements, and SRE initiatives.
- Support staging and pre‑production activities aimed at improving production stability.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to refine processes and reduce manual intervention.
Required Experience
- Prior experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar operations environment.
- Strong understanding of monitoring tools, incident workflows, and operational best practices.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment with shared responsibility across shifts.
