They’re seeking a Power BI Developer for their Business Applications team to help shape, develop, and modernize their portfolio of dashboards supporting critical business functions. With an ongoing full dashboard refresh, you’ll enter at the perfect time to influence standards, structure, and best practices from a clean slate.

DHI’s Business Applications team, placed in Core IT, is responsible for maintaining all the software that runs their business, including ERP, CRM, BI and HRM as well as a broad portfolio of task specific applications primarily related to their advisory and software businesses. DHI’s ecosystem consists mainly of Microsoft tools and platforms, but they are by no means MS exclusive.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Developing new Power BI dashboards in collaboration with end users.
- Supporting and re‑implementing existing dashboards with the BI Architect.
- Maintain dashboards in Finance, Sales Support, HR, Project Health, Product Performance,
- Participating in BI portfolio board meetings.
- Support cross‑functional projects involving new processes and data workflows.
- Power BI certifications.
- Experience developing dashboards in international organization.
- Strong SQL, PowerQuery, and DAX.
- Understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- UX/UI sensibility.
- Proficiency in English.
