Your Role at Cabot
As a Total Rewards Partner, you drive and support the development, implementation, and administration of Cabot’s global compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. You will ensure that these programs align with our company goals, enhance employee engagement, and maintain competitiveness in the market. This position requires a strong understanding of compensation trends and administration, benefits and overall rewards systems Partners with Human Resources team, first line and senior management to provide analysis and consultation on a variety of compensation related issues.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead efforts to support the compensation and benefit frameworks and policies including benefit renewals, well-being programs, job architecture, salary benchmarking, salary ranges, job evaluations, and incentive programs (short-term and long-term).
- Monitor market trends and conduct pay equity analysis and benchmarking to ensure external competitiveness is aligned with the compensation philosophy.
- Conduct job evaluation and review of new and/or existing roles. Partner with HR and line management to gather information and communicate results.
- Analyze salary ranges globally to determine if market movement is appropriate. Partner with regions as needed to develop new salary ranges (where appropriate).
- Lead the submission and completion process for compensation surveys globally for our external market vendors, requiring the aggregation and compiling of large data sets from multiple sources. Partner with HR and regional Total Rewards as needed to gather the necessary data.
- Partner with human resources (business partners and talent acquisition) and organizational leadership on compensation recommendations for job offers and internal movement.
- Collect and organizes data that is generally complex and broad for analysis. Lead analysis of data both internal and external, summarizing findings and highlighting important aspects.
- Create communication materials and presentations to support analysis, implementation of programs, or for process updates. Prepares and maintains documentation. Regularly updates and distributes documents to HR community as appropriate.
- Manage special projects within the total rewards function as assigned in a broad range of areas, as business needs arise.
- Stay abreast of legislative activities and regulatory changes and evaluates impact to compensation programs.
- Stay current with trends and innovations in compensation program design and other reward and recognition programs.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
- Experience with benchmarking, analysis, communication of compensation programs, and salary management.
- Advanced Excel expertise with a willingness to work hands on in the detail as well as in the analysis.
- Familiarity with Global HRIS applications. MarketPay experience will be considered as advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Workday will be considered as advantage.
- Comfort with navigating complex environments with an ability to bring structure and discipline.
- Excellent English skills.

- Salary: 2650 - 3800 EUR Gross. The final salary offer will depend on the candidate’s previous experience and qualifications.
