We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing Sales team. You'll own the full enterprise sales cycle — from building an outbound pipeline from scratch to closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with telecoms, ISPs, cloud providers, and hosting companies. In This Position You Will

  • Proactively identify and target mid-market and enterprise prospects across relevant verticals — telecoms, ISPs, cloud providers, hosting companies, and beyond
  • Build and manage a healthy outbound pipeline through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) and strategic networking
  • Own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery through scoping, negotiation, and contract close
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-Suite stakeholders at target accounts
  • Represent IPXO at industry events and conferences, generating leads and building brand presence
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, legal) to tailor solutions to each prospect's needs
  • Accurately forecast pipeline activity and maintain CRM hygiene

We Expect That You Have

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, selling SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS solutions
  • Ability to pinpoint client pain points and accurately assess transactional value for both the company and client
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with C-Suite personas and decision-makers
  • Strong verbal and written English (C2 level)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and processes, and a genuine interest in the tech space
  • Analytical mind with creative problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach
  • Willingness and ability to travel abroad for client meetings, industry events, and conferences

Nice to have:

  • Deep SaaS domain knowledge
  • Mandarin language skills (C2)

  • Gross base salary 4,959–5,951 EUR/month (depending on your experience). We're ready to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
