About the Role:
We are looking for a driven IT Project Manager to manage the technical execution of several concurrent projects (4–5+) in our dynamic performance marketing environment.
This role demands strong ownership of planning processes, effective team collaboration, and clear communication with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution
- Drive consistent project planning: identify obstacles, remove blockers, track progress, and maintain updated timelines
- Collaborate with Product Owners, CRO teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align deliverables with business objectives
- Prepare clear status reports on delivery, risks, blockers, and dependencies for management and C-level stakeholders
- Balance competing priorities based on business requirements and deadlines
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
What You Bring:
Experience: 3+ years in IT project management
Skills:
- Solid understanding of IT project development and task prioritization
- Expertise in performance-oriented workflow management and project estimation
- Strong project/feature planning skills with the ability to drive execution
- Proven ability to manage schedules and team resources to meet deadlines
- Experience delegating and managing tasks within cross-functional teams
- Adaptability in environments with changing priorities
- Strong leadership, communication, and self-motivation skills
- Excellent reporting abilities: dashboards, status updates, stakeholder communication
