Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Analyst / Business Analyst to join the eMobility Home Energy Management (HEM) agile team. The role focuses on building and optimizing digital customer solutions related to electric charging, smart energy usage, and sustainable mobility.

• You will contribute to the development of a central platform (Vattenfall app) and play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Analytics

• Define and monitor KPIs for product and feature performance
• Analyze digital performance and recommend actionable improvements
• Build, maintain, and share dashboards and reports
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources (including Snowflake)

Experimentation & Optimization

• Design and support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Identify opportunities and formulate hypotheses
• Conduct and analyze experiments to drive improvements

Data Collection & Implementation

• Create measurement plans and oversee implementation
• Collaborate with developers on tracking and tagging requirements
• Implement tagging via tag management systems
• Ensure GDPR-compliant data collection practices

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a critical advisor to Product Owners and teams
• Support backlog prioritization with data insights
• Promote a strong data-driven culture across teams

Knowledge Sharing

• Conduct training sessions and share best practices
• Contribute to Digital Analytics Authority initiatives

Essential Skills

• Strong experience in Digital Analytics / Business Analysis
• Hands-on with:
• Google Analytics (Piano Analytics is a plus)
• A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO)
• Tag Management Systems (Google Tag Manager, Relay42)
• Dashboarding tools (Power BI)
• Experience or interest in Snowflake
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with Voice of Customer tools (Usabilla, Mopinion)
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills
