We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, identify, and analyze business requirements in collaboration with clients
  • Translate customer needs into clear and structured documentation
  • Model business processes using BPMN
  • Provide user support and deliver training sessions when needed
  • Act as a key point of contact, ensuring strong customer guidance throughout projects
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and documentation


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in requirements analysis and documentation
  • Knowledge of BPMN
  • Strong analytical thinking, critical mindset, and attention to detail
  • Experience in user support and training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Availability to travel within Portugal
