Duties and Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, train, and deploy AI/ML models for core product features, including AI Content Moderation and a Recommendation Engine.
• Backend Setup & Integration: Implement and manage the necessary backend infrastructure to support the ML models and data pipelines.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Utilize AWS services for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Data Pipeline: Contribute to the improvement of the data pipeline for efficient data ingestion and feature engineering.
• Collaboration: Engage in proactive communication with the internal team to understand requirements and provide progress updates.

Ideal Candidate Location

• Remote: This is a remote position.
• Preferred Regions: Candidates must be based in Europe or be fully available to work during European business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3 years of professional work experience in a Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI-related field.
• AWS Experience: At least 2 years of work experience with AWS.
• Education: Strong background in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Must-have Technical Skills:
• High proficiency in Python.
• Professional experience with Data Science and AI model training.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (deployment and infrastructure management).
• Further Tech-Skills required: AWS SQS, AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, AWS Kinesis or Kafka, PyTorch or Tensorflow
• Soft Skills: Excellent proactive communication skills and a desire to work closely with development and product teams.

Working Hours and Timezone

• Timezone: Candidates must align their working day with CET (Central European Time) or EET (Eastern European Time).
• Schedule: Standard professional hours (approx. 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET)
