We’re hiring a full-time Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple companies (online education & events, tourism, marketing, offline events ...). You’ll own the recruitment process from sourcing to offer and work closely with the founder and senior team.


What you’ll do

  • Source and headhunt candidates (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals)
  • Write and manage job ads
  • Screen CVs and run structured interviews
  • Coordinate interview rounds and hiring decisions
  • Design and improve interview processes and test assignments
  • Own the full hiring lifecycle, including offers and contracts
  • Maintain ATS records and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Lead onboarding and support managers
  • Track hiring metrics and improve processes


What we’re looking for

  • Fluent in English and Slovenian
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles at once
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
  • Clear, confident communicator
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Based in Ljubljana (office-based role)


Nice to have

  • Experience in fast-paced environments
  • Experience building teams from scratch
  • HR or office management experience
