Role Description

As Project Manager you will be accountable for leading the full lifecycle management of one or more projects from requirements to operational readiness.

Responsibilities will include:

·       All aspects of Project Management (including scope definition, detailed project planning, resource management, budget management, stakeholders management) of one or more projects

·       Define project governance process and ensure adherence to it by all parties

·       Accurate progress reporting and risk/issue management with timely and effective escalation

·       Develops and monitors the delivery resource plan across the project lifecycle

·       Build and maintain Project Delivery specific KPIs for tracking against target

·       Engagement and management of client expectations

·       Prioritize and assign project tasks based on business needs

·       Lead and motivate the project teams to work efficiently, taking steps to create a professional and customer focused environment

·       Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation;

·       Participating in the tender process i.e. design, submission, and review;

·       Promote cooperation at all levels and provide enough guidance, direction, leadership, and support necessary to ensure the teams are able to accomplish the project goals

·       Supports project budget tracking, including actual and forecast and provides relevant explanations for variances

·       Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience;

·       Minimum 5 years of IT or Business-related experience;

·       Minimum 3+ years working as Project Manager or in a related capacity;

·       Experience in working with Microsoft Project and/or any other specific tools;

·       Excellent communication skills and teamwork;

·       Demonstrated client facing experience and negotiation skills;

·       Solid leadership skills, able to chair and manage meetings;

·       Excellent ability to influence and motivate teams;

·       Good understanding of IT field, understanding of IT architectures and interdependencies;

·       Prior experience with public sector would be a plus;

English language advanced.
