In this role, you will work with complex HR datasets across more than 20 countries, combining strong data understanding, Python‑based analysis, and AI‑enabled methods to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities. You will translate business questions into structured analytical investigations and turn results into clear, actionable recommendations.
You will also contribute to and steer dashboard and reporting initiatives (e.g. Power BI, SAC) together with a delivery team. Dashboards are used mainly as tools to communicate insights, not as the core focus of the role.
You will collaborate closely with HR leadership, IT, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions align with business objectives, comply with regulatory requirements, and continuously improve HR decision‑making and employee experience.
