We are partnering with a high-profile, government-affiliated office in the UAE seeking to appoint a Director of Operations to support a senior leadership figure on strategic, high-impact initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of government, business, and philanthropy, driving engagement at both regional and global level.
This position acts as a strategic right hand, responsible for leading key initiatives across high-level stakeholder engagements.
You will play a critical role in:
- Building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders across government, private sector, and philanthropic organisations
- Leading strategic initiatives, including research, insights, and thought leadership
- Overseeing high-level convenings such as roundtables, forums, and international engagements
- Driving external positioning, communications, and stakeholder messaging
- Managing a small team and ensuring effective execution of priorities
We are looking for a senior, credible professional who can operate confidently in a complex and high-level environment.
Key requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement, or strategic roles
- Experience within government, international organisations, or highly matrixed environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage with C-level and government stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
