Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user journeys and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with product goals—especially for social networking platforms.
• Ensure designs are scalable, responsive, and consistent with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, including reusable components and UI patterns.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proven track record designing for web, mobile, or desktop applications.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating UX research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Experience building and working with design systems and reusable components.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards, usability principles, and responsive design.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for social or community-driven platforms.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Familiarity with analytics tools or A/B testing.
