Our client, an advertising agency in New York, is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Freelance Project Manager to support integrated marketing and creative projects across multiple channels. This role will manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized and experienced in managing a variety of deliverables, including print, digital, social, and event-related assets.

  • Start: ASAP
  • Hourly rate: $50ph


Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end project delivery from intake and scoping through execution and final delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, design, production, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Oversee projects across multiple channels, including print, digital, social media, and event marketing assets.
  • Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Manage incoming requests and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with brand standards and business goals.
  • Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience working with creative and production teams.
  • Must be based in New York.
