About The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager for Core Send to help us architect Félix’s primary engine. While other teams focus on bringing users in, you will own the experience of the users who stay, ensuring every transaction is seamless, reliable, and insanely great. This role sits at the strategic intersection of our most complex domains: Engineering, Operations, and AI. You will lead the whole chat funnel, focusing on power users, multi-product horizontal UX, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Core Product Roadmap: Own and execute the roadmap for the Core Send experience, prioritizing initiatives that improve error-free transaction success, self-service capabilities, and power-user retention.
  • Operational Excellence: Partner closely with the Ops and Engineering teams to surface back-end financial complexities into simple, transparent, and actionable UI for the user.
  • Squad Leadership: Lead a cross-functional squad to ship high-impact features.
  • Data-Driven Discovery: Navigate internal data (Amplitude, Omni/Looker) to identify friction in the chat funnel and validate every product decision with rigorous analysis.
  • AI Implementation: Work with our AI and Ops teams to make chat-based transaction management more efficient and self-serving for users.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Drive features 0 → 1: from initial data analysis and user interviews to MVP requirements, testing, and post-launch experimentation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally with a mix of "big company" structure and "startup" agility. You know how to build processes without losing speed.
  • You are obsessed with data. You’re comfortable navigating funnels and using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Omni, and Looker to tell a story and prioritize the roadmap.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical/financial constraints into digestible information for non-technical stakeholders and beautiful experiences for users.
  • You don't just look at dashboards; you have the curiosity to talk directly to users to uncover the "why" behind the "what."
  • Deep understanding of the LatAm market is essential. Experience in Fintech, Payments, or Customer Operations is a significant plus.
  • Native or professional fluency in Spanish is required, as you will be deep in the weeds of our core user chat experience. High proficiency in English is required for internal collaboration.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceptional achievement relative to your peer group. We are looking for people who have consistently been in the top tier of every environment they’ve been in—academically, professionally, or both.
  • Top-tier educational background and/or experience at leading technology or financial services companies. An MBA is not required; what matters is the caliber of your thinking and your results.
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of product and engineering: you can read a technical design doc, ask the right questions about API contracts and system dependencies, and hold your own in architecture discussions.
  • These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
