🚀 Senior Full Stack Developer – Antwerp | Hybrid
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a large-scale, mission-critical platform programme in Antwerp.
This is a high-impact senior role where you will help shape the technical foundation of a complex, production-grade system — from architecture decisions to code quality standards.
đź’Ľ Your Role
You won't be executing tickets. You will own delivery.
You will:
— Build and maintain backend services in Node.js (TypeScript-first)
— Develop performant, scalable frontends in React
— Work with PostgreSQL in a live production environment
— Contribute to architectural decisions around scalability and security
— Drive test automation and enforce engineering best practices
— Coach and elevate the developers around you
🧠Your Profile
— 5+ years of full stack development experience
— Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL
— Proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally in a leading or coaching role
— Dutch at C2 level (firm requirement for this engagement)
— Based in or commutable to Antwerp
