Lead Software Developer - PHP

Are you an experienced PHP developer with a passion for building tools that make an impact? We are looking for a Senior Developer to support our Customer Care team by developing innovative solutions such as Quality Monitoring Tools, AI-driven applications, and advanced reporting tools.

As a Senior Developer, you will work on projects within our Customer Service vertical. Your focus will be on developing applications that support our Customer Care team in delivering top quality to our international customers. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

▪ Developing a Quality Monitoring Tool to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

▪ Building AI tools to make processes more efficient and scalable.

▪ Developing reporting tools that provide insight into key metrics and the performance of the Customer Care team.

▪ Supporting other innovative Customer Care projects that contribute to an optimal customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

▪ At least five years of experience as a PHP developer, including several years with Laravel.

▪ Experience in building scalable and efficient systems, preferably within Customer Care or ecommerce.

▪ Affinity with AI applications and translating business needs into technical solutions.

▪ Knowledge of reporting tools and data visualization is a strong advantage.

▪ Excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset.

▪ You can work independently, but you are also a team player who likes to work together with other departments.
