The Role
As part of the customer experience team, you will:
- Support customers via phone, chat, and email
- Help users with technical issues across devices and accounts
- Troubleshoot mobile devices, software, and basic tech setups
- Assist with account security and password management
- Coordinate repairs and escalate more complex cases when needed
- Deliver a high-quality experience while representing a global tech brand
- Fluency in Italian
- Good level of English
- Interest in technology (iOS, MacOS, or similar is a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
