We are building an AI-First B2B Enterprise product where AI is both a core revenue driver and a system-wide intelligence layer.
We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead who can architect enterprise-scale systems, build and lead a strong engineering team in Riga, and embed AI deeply into the product’s core.
What You’ll Do
• Build and scale a high-performing engineering team
• Architect distributed, enterprise-grade systems
• Design and evolve Microservices using DDD principles
• Lead hands-on development (Node.js + Go)
• Productionize AI systems (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs)
• Establish strong engineering standards & documentation culture
• Own DevOps, reliability, and scalability at enterprise scale
What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven Technical Lead / Staff / Principal background
• Experience building high-scale B2B Enterprise products
• Strong Node.js and GO expertise
• Deep understanding of distributed systems & architecture
• Production experience with AI systems
• Experience building and mentoring engineering teams
