We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Omnichannel Unit, where we specialize in delivering innovative IT solutions that enhance customer experiences across multiple channels. From mobile apps and self-service platforms to call centres, we work directly with clients to design seamless customer journeys.

In this role, you will lead complex IT implementation projects for local and international clients, ensuring smooth delivery from initiation to go-live and hypercare. You will coordinate cross-functional Scrum teams, manage stakeholders and requirements, and drive Agile delivery while maintaining strong collaboration between business and technical teams.

What You Will Do

End-to-End Project Delivery

  • Lead IT projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, delivery, and hypercare.
  • Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and resources.
  • Ensure transparent project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Take over ongoing projects when needed and stabilize delivery.

Requirements Management

  • Support and facilitate workshops for defining and refining business and functional requirements.
  • Respond to evolving stakeholder needs and contribute to solution-oriented outcomes.
  • Ensure clear documentation, approval, and traceability of requirements.

Agile Delivery & Team Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional Scrum teams of up to 10 members (developers, QA engineers, and part-time specialists) and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
  • Oversee sprint planning, estimations, and delivery commitments.
  • Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical execution.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and handle complex situations proactively.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early, ensuring no surprises for clients.

Technical & Operational Oversight

  • Oversee IT system implementations and support go-live activities.
  • Ensure alignment with business processes and technical constraints.
  • Coordinate post-go-live support and continuous improvements.

What We Expect From You

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Experience delivering system implementations, integrations, API-based solutions.
  • Proven experience leading Scrum teams and coordinating multiple teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile practices and tools (e.g. Jira).
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Hands-on experience leading deployments and post‑go‑live activities.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English language (at least B2 level, written and spoken).
