Founded in 2013, Amach was created to solve a specific problem in aviation: too much complexity, too little usable intelligence. We help airlines modernise their operating model using cloud, data and Al-delivered by teams with deep aviation domain expertise.

Our goal is to maximize airlines' operational efficiency by optimizing resource use, reduce costs and increase customer experience and satisfaction.

We are looking for a React Front-End Engineer to design and build modern, scalable web applications used in operational and customer-facing environments. You’ll work closely with back-end engineers, product owners, and UX designers to deliver fast, intuitive, and reliable user experiences.

Experience in aviation, travel, or other real-time or safety-critical domains is highly valued, given the complexity and reliability requirements of the systems.

Required Experience:

• Strong commercial experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid understanding of component-based architecture and front-end design patterns
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Experience consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team

Key responsibilities & duties include:

• Build and maintain modern web applications using React
• Develop reusable, high-quality UI components and front-end architecture
• Translate UX/UI designs into responsive, accessible user interfaces
• Integrate front-end applications with REST and/or GraphQL APIs
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and UX
• Ensure high standards for performance, security, and accessibility
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end best practices
• Support production releases and continuous improvement of live application

Nice to have:

• Experience in aviation, travel, transport, or regulated industries
• Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks
• Knowledge of performance optimisation and web security best practices
• Exposure to real-time data, dashboards, or operational systems
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
