We are looking for a Flutter Front-End Engineer to help design and build high-quality, cross-platform applications used in operational and customer-facing environments. You’ll work closely with back-end engineers, product owners, and UX designers to deliver performant, reliable applications.

Experience in aviation, travel, or other safety-critical or real-time environments is highly desirable, given the nature of the systems being developed.

Required Experience:

• Strong commercial experience building applications with Flutter and Dart
• Solid understanding of state management (e.g. Bloc, Riverpod, Provider)
• Experience delivering applications for iOS, Android, and/or Web
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and collaborative development
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Key responsibilities & duties include:

• Build and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter (Dart)
• Develop clean, reusable UI components with a strong focus on performance and usability
• Integrate Flutter applications with back-end services via REST or GraphQL APIs
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and UX
• Ensure applications meet high standards for quality, reliability, and accessibility
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end best practices
• Support production releases and ongoing application improvements

Nice to have:

• Experience in aviation, travel, transport, or other regulated industries
• Knowledge of mobile app performance optimisation
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
• Exposure to offline-first design and real-time data handling
• Experience publishing apps to App Store / Google Play
