Senior Program Manager Data & AI


About the Role:


We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Program Manager to lead the evolution of our data and AI ecosystem. This role goes beyond traditional project management; you will act as the product owner for your program area, defining strategy, navigating ambiguity, and delivering high-impact outcomes that scale AI capabilities across the organization.


Responsibilities:


AI Center of Excellence (CoE) Scaling

  • Define and execute the roadmap for the AI Center of Excellence.
  • Translate advanced research into scalable, repeatable global services.

Strategic Partnership Leadership

  • Serve as the primary technical lead for key AI partnerships (e.g., Microsoft, AWS).
  • Drive co-innovation initiatives and ensure early access to emerging technologies.

Strategic Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align AI initiatives with core business objectives and KPIs.
  • Bridge the gap between strategic vision and technical execution.

Service Definition & Delivery

  • Define the vision, scope, and value proposition of data and AI services.
  • Develop clear technical specifications to guide engineering teams in building secure, high-performance solutions.

AI Ecosystem Development

  • Promote an AI-first culture across the organization.
  • Establish frameworks for model deployment, data governance, and responsible AI practices.


Qualifications:


Strategic Leadership

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex technical programs with a strong focus on product lifecycle and customer value.

Technical Expertise

  • Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, including LLMs, RAG architectures, and MLOps practices.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based data and AI infrastructure.

Executive Communication

  • Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

Adaptability & Innovation

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.
  • Track record of building and scaling initiatives from concept (0) to execution (1).
