Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership in designing and evolving network architecture
• Lead network transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as the escalation point for critical (high-severity) incidents
• Perform root cause analysis and support incident forensics
• Ensure alignment of network, security, and cloud services with governance and compliance standards
• Define and maintain operational best practices and standards
• Drive technical roadmaps and support audit readiness
• Take ownership of key technical decisions impacting the wider organization
