We’re hiring a Business Analyst to join a fast-growing technology consultancy delivering intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions to enterprise clients. This is a highly client-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys bridging business needs with technical delivery and driving real transformation outcomes.

About the Role

Working closely with clients and delivery teams, you’ll act as the key link between stakeholders and developers, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, solutions are aligned, and projects deliver tangible value.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved across the full lifecycle – from discovery and business case development through to delivery, governance, and optimisation. You’ll play a key role in shaping automation initiatives and helping organisations unlock efficiency through AI and process automation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients across automation initiatives

• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables

• Develop business cases, ROI models, and financial projections for automation projects

• Work closely with developers to ensure solutions meet business needs

• Create process documentation including as-is/to-be flows and solution design documents

• Support governance across project lifecycle and ensure quality delivery

• Track performance metrics and outcomes across automation initiatives

• Partner with sales teams to scope projects and define delivery effort

• Engage regularly with stakeholders, including occasional site visits

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar (QA background also considered)

• Strong experience eliciting requirements and working across delivery teams

• Exposure to automation tools such as UiPath or Microsoft Power Platform

• Strong documentation skills (process mapping, SDDs, business cases)

• Comfortable working in Agile environments

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Commercial mindset with an ability to link solutions to business value
