The Role: The Security Analyst plays a key role in delivering and supporting integrated security systems. The role ensures reliable operations, compliance and client support.
The Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CCTV and surveillance system solutions, ensuring optimal coverage, performance, and scalability.
- Design, deploy, and support access control systems (card readers, biometric systems), including configuration and user management.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults both remotely and on-site, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
- Perform system upgrades, testing, and commissioning to ensure solutions meet operational and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical support and deliver training to clients, enabling effective system to use and ongoing maintenance.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 5-7+ years' experience working with electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, and integrated solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of IP networking (IP addressing, routers, switches) to support system connectivity and performance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues both remotely and on-site.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience delivering training and client support.
- Solid understanding of safety standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices within security or electrical environments.
