What You Will Be Doing
The Product Analytics Analyst is responsible for analyzing player journeys across web platforms, monitoring product performance through defined KPIs, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of tracking implementations. By identifying friction points, drop-offs, and behavioral patterns, they contribute to optimizing the overall player experience. The role also supports experimentation initiatives by collaborating on measurement design, analyzing A/B test results using appropriate statistical methods, and translating findings into clear, actionable business recommendations. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in web analytics who is looking to deepen their expertise in product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making while working in a fully remote, cross-functional setting.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Act as the primary liaison between Product Analytics and Data/BI teams, aligning on data needs and priorities.
- Define data requirements and support event taxonomy design.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards across datasets.
- Support scalable reporting and dataset optimization aligned with enterprise data strategy.
- Define and oversee experimentation standards, ensuring statistical validity and consistency.
- Review experiment results and analytical outputs to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Coach analysts on statistical thinking and analytical frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement of experimentation practices across teams.
- Mentor and support Product Analytics Analysts in their technical and professional growth.
- Support product roadmap prioritization through data-driven insights.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Present insights to senior stakeholders and leadership.
- 3–4 years of experience in web analytics, product analytics, or growth analytics.
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Strong understanding of web funnels, conversion metrics, and behavioral tracking.
- Coknowledge of A/B testing concepts and statistical significance.
- Strong ability to analyze behavioral datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and BI tools.
- Ability to interpret experiment results and translate them into clear recommendations.
- Capability to convert business questions into measurable KPIs and analytical approaches.
- Ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders in a simple and compelling way.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Business teams.
- Experience collaborating in remote or distributed team environments.
- B2 English level
- Experience in enterprise or gaming environments.
- SQL knowledge.
- Experience analyzing experimentation results.
- Familiarity with feature flagging concepts.
- Exposure to UX measurement.
- Experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
