As part of PeK Automotive company we are launching a dedicated ERP business (based on our own ERP system BINU) as a spin-off company. This is a key strategic move, combining our deep manufacturing expertise with digital innovation.

We are looking for someone to take the lead and turn this into a success story.

What you will be doing:

• Leading the spin-off ERP company and shaping it from day one,
• Turning vision into a real, scalable business,
• Driving growth, strategy and day-to-day operations,
• Making sure to deliver real value and clients are satisfied,
• Building and leading a strong and motivated team,
• Developing relationships with key clients and partners,
• Working closely with PeK Automotive leadership,
• Setting up efficient processes and a solid business foundation.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in leadership roles (5+ years at senior or equivalent level),
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes (finance, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, etc.),
• A builder mindset - you like creating, improving, growing,
• Strong communication and people skills,
• Fluent in English language,
• Organized, reliable and comfortable with complex challenges,
• High ownership, integrity and independence.
